Quiz Rules
- Start date of the quiz - 1 August 2024
- End date of the quiz - 31 August 2024
- Your email address is required to take part in this quiz. This email will be used to contact the quiz winner. All information provided falls under Data protection rules, you can read more below.
- The email addresses provided will be stored from 01 August 2024 to 31 September 2024 to allow Cargolux to contact the winner.
- Once the winner has been contacted and no later than 31 September 2024, all submitted email addresses will be deleted.
- Personal information provided for the purpose of the quiz will not be used for any marketing or commercial activities or communication.
- The quiz will be available until 31 August 2024, no submissions will be accepted after this date.
- Once the deadline is reached and the quiz is closed, the winner will be selected at random and contacted by email.
- Cargolux is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer etc.
- Cargolux reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the e-mail portion of this contest should a virus, bug, or other cause beyond the reasonable control, corrupt the security or proper administration of the quiz. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Cargolux reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
- In addition, Cargolux reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, suspend, modify, extend, shorten, cancel or interrupted the quiz and/or its related rules at any time.
- The rules are governed by the laws of Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
- As a condition of participation and/or voting in the rules, the participant agrees that, in the event of any disputes, Cargolux’s decision should be final.
